What is an Integrated Therapist and why would I hire one?

Most Integrated Therapist will have their own set of protocols, therapies, strategies, wellness coaching services, diet and a broad scope of treatments pertaining to wellness.  The practitioner will utilize therapies that facilitate the body's innate healing processes using non toxic, rejuvenating, health enhancing protocols.

I use an Integrated Spa Therapy approach highlighting herbal and Chinese tonic medicine which individualizes your therapy and utilizes Spa traditions that have been rooted in ancient healing and have been around since before Hippocrates (460-370 BCE). This therapy will relax, mineralize the body, boosting bodily fluids a much needed system of processes essential to health.  We puts the clients needs at the forefront ,weather it be stress reduction, health challenges, weight loss, anti-aging, athletic recovery or wellness optimization. We address a full range of physical, emotional, spiritual and environmental influences that affect a persons health.  The client and the practitioner are partners in the healing process which covers and not limited to your state of health, wellness goals, optimization and spiritual assessment.

The World Health Organization defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

This approach is the platform in which we work to personalize care with restoration practices.  In addition, were able to address deeper causes of struggle or illness.  Integrated therapy strategies focus on prevention that foster development of healthy habits and skills for effective self care that give power back to the individual.
